I have an AVR Dragon which I'd like to use in jtag mode on the ATXmega128a1. This is the response I get:

Found a device: AVRDRAGON Serial number: 00:a2:00:01:12:75 Reported JTAG device ID: 0x974C Configured for device ID: 0x974C atxmega128a1 -- Matched with atxmega128a1 JTAG config complete. Erasing program memory. JTAG ICE: Cannot synchronise I see in the manpage that the atxmega128a1 is marked as "Only supported by the JTAG ICE mkII device." I'm hoping this is just outdated and I'm doing something wrong, so I thought I'd check.
