acinclude.m4 (today cvs version) is buggy. It contains libtool related
macros which shouldn't be here (aclocal adds these macros from
/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4). Adding these macros to acinclude.m4
causes only problems (for example new libtool m4 macros are totally different
from previous one and avifile compilation just fails because aclocal
takes old/wrong macros from acinclude.m4)
