Last week it was enough to remove inlines from filter.cpp and
filter_2.cpp, but now it is not enough, also those 4 inlines (generate*
methods) in mpegsound.h must be removed in order to get audio working on
my Mandrake Cooker system (gcc-2.96-0.49mdk).
