Last week I reported a bug that when playing certain divx files, it
wouldn't initialize to the right size. The window would be a normal
size, but the movie would be stretched twice as wide, allowing me to
only see the left half of the movie.
I discovered that this actually only happens when I hook an external
monitor to my laptop. If I'm playing the movie with only my laptop lcd
then it plays fine. However, when running with the external monitor it
distorts on both the lcd and monitor.
Is this avifile's fault, or xfree86's? I'm using xfree86 4.0.3.
