[Avifile]Problems with cvs

I just checked out fresh sources from the cvs, but when I try to do 
./configure in them I get:

sed: can't read ./plugins/libwin32/loader/Makefile.in: No such file or 
directory
creating plugins/libwin32/loader/wine/Makefile
sed: can't read ./plugins/libwin32/loader/wine/Makefile.in: No such file or 
directory
creating plugins/libwin32/videocodec/Makefile
sed: can't read ./plugins/libwin32/videocodec/Makefile.in: No such file or 
directory

and one message like that for each directory.. is there something wrong on 
the cvs?
