[Avifile]Q about AudioWriteStream

Hello!

I have two questions about the AudioWriteStream:

1) What numbers can be specified as the third parameter of
AddAudioStream?  The only hint is in the recompressor: 16000.  What's
the unit for these 16000?

2) If I call the 'Stop()' method, my program crashes.  Can I use this
without the 'Stop()' method?
