Here's a patch that fixes several Makefile.am's, so that 'make dist' works.
I didn't check *every* Makefile.am, only those that were necessary to
compile the bits I needed, configured with:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local --disable-ffmpeg --disable-kde
--with-qt-dir=/usr/local/qt
The ffmpeg plugin won't link, the linker dies on sigsegv (but this happens
with *any* code generated with nasm on my system, despite having tried
several nasm/glibc combo's)
