Obviously we need some help from the person who is using non iso-latin
fontset - I'm unable for now to provide good support for this.

But I assume something wrong is with some conversion somewhere.
Filename is returned from Qt - so maybe we are using some wrong way
to detect this name ???
(Do you have same problem when you give filename form command line or
is this just happeing when you pick file from the GUI ??)

Is there anyone who could help us with this ?

I also believe that all the subtitles which are using Xft rendering should
somehow handle unicode encoding and display the text properly
(at least it works this way on my box for isolatin2 :) , but I've no idea
how the Chinese symbols would be rendererer... (truetype font is needed))
