I don't know why, but since I installed the msfonts, avifile sometimes does
not find fonts.
I don't know whether this is a problem of avifile or the fontserver.
Anyway, there should be some fallback when avifile can't open the subtitle
font so it does not segfault. (Especially since many videos don't use
subtitles anyway)
