Hi,
You can reenable it in lib/aviread/AsfInputStream.cpp. All network-related
code is situated in lib/aviread/AsfNetworkInputStream.* and
lib/aviread/NetworkIterator.*.
Everything that is broken is situated in those four files ( they logically
lay
'below' ASF parser, which itself works well with local ASF files through
lib/aviread/AsfFileInputStream.* and lib/aviread/FileIterator.* ).
