Would it be possible to settle on ASX as the playlist file format? I
think Alex is working on fixing that (after he gets back from holiday).

Is that possible? Does aviplay have a command line option to force it to
quit after its finished playing?
While we're on the subject of playlists and scripts and the like, is
there any kind of plan to integrate support into aviplay for controlling
it remotely? (e.g. XMMS has an excellent API for controlling it from
other apps)
