If you use high level library you are not supposed to work with
avi headers for yourself - you are supposed to use API
calls to create such stream.
Ok avifile is buggy at this point (just because I'm too busy with
fixing other parts) but I guess we are slowly getting to
the point where we have much less reports for the playing problem
(maybe just because users have 'emigrated' :)) so I may
focus on writting part.
I think the first thing on the list is full support of the LAME
encoding (e.g. VBR)
