It has been made in Designer in the begining by Eugene - bbut has been 
completely hand rewritten by me.
I think it's resizeble quite well - and the solution for a/v sync
is already quite big as the real sence makes 0.1s step - jump by 0.04
is not necessary anyway.

Also if you want to delay by more then few Sec - either there
is something wrong elsewhere or you need different dialog - where
you can set just second - I think this would be probably the best -
to leave slider for second precission and use other widget to set
seconds.

And why some dialogs aren't fully resizing :) - because there will be added
few more elements and I'm not going to waste my time with making current
dialog resizable across the whole area - it's just enough that 
it will fit in the window and will be reworked when new option will
be available to users...

Maybe we should go back to Designer as version 3.0 has been really improved
but right now most of the users have Qt2.0 so we would get into big
compatibility problems - and after all - this GUI is not that much
important - one of the reason is - are you watching the movie or the GUI :)
and there are some others but for now they are not that much important...
