I have put an avi that does not play fine under the latest CVS avifile that played fine a couple of weeks ago, and still plays in mplayer: http://tamahome.dyn.dhs.org/clip/Irresponsible_Captain_Tylor-Opening.avi
I had seen problems in audio on some streams, but those seemed to have gone away, but this FOURCC mismatch (I'm guessing a file parsing error) remains. Also, should there be a concern if avifile calling throw causes instant crash if smpeg is also loaded? I get around it by unloading libsmpeg from memory before doing anything with avifile, but this doesn't seem like a very nice system. Should I blame the linker?
