- 1) fix the bitrate of divx4 and expect a final size to a file, for
example when you grab 15s from a camera the result is very very bad
if we
compare it using divx4 under W|NDoW$ with virtualDUB (even if you
play with
attributes of the codec under Linux)
I need a bitrate of ~ 5 Kbytes/s .
- 2) fix really the number of Frame per second and not change the speed
of the film.

I am not quite sure about divx low motion because i haven't tried it
for quite a while, but divx 4 definitely should work.
