I am having problems using avimake:
avimake -o test.avi -r 24 -q 100 test.*.jpeg Available CPU flags: fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 mmx fxsr sse 1004.513000 MHz Pentium III (Coppermine) processor detected /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libwin32.so: found A: 11 V: 41 plugins /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libvorbis_audio.so: found A: 1 V: 0 plugin /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libmpeg_audiodec.so: found A: 1 V: 0 plugin /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libmp3lame_audioenc.so: found A: 1 V: 0 plugin /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libmjpeg.so: found A: 0 V: 1 plugin /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libmad_audiodec.so: found A: 1 V: 0 plugin /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libffmpeg.so: found A: 2 V: 5 plugins /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libaudiodec.so: found A: 5 V: 0 plugins /usr/local/lib/avifile0.6/libac3pass.so: found A: 1 V: 0 plugin Using Win32 dll library: mpg4c32.dll Format size 40 VideoEncoder::GetOutputSize() 921600 Segmentation fault I have also tried putting the test.*.jpeg before all of the options (it's not really clear which is correct from the usage statement). The rest of avifile appears to be working fine... aviplay and avirecompress work, and other packages that depend on the avifile libraries are working ok. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this? Have some changes been made to the core that some of the sample apps have not been updated to reflect? Thanks.
