Ok you might almost enjoy plain pure C version of DirectShow loader
I'll be just moving DirectShow subdir into loader directory

I'll do just few more cleanups during this transfer so few function might be
renamed (not sure if I should use DS_Filter_Create or DS_FilterCreate
or CreateDSFilter - as it's now in C everything should be
turned into lowercase_notification_i_guess - but it's not that urgent
and I've already spent a lot of time on this - so this change won't
happen anytime soon (unless you would be borred yourself :))
