I would suggest to use a better trick here - will be easier -
just swap stdout & stderr descriptor when you use libavifile
(or even close stdout)

there are some classes prepared for debugging messages - but they
are not yet in the shape we would like to use - so it will take
some time.

Please wait until we decide on the new debug output - meanwhile
try the method suggested above 

I've removed almost every stderr or cerr occurence - so if
you find anyone left - report
