You may try to uncomment line 40 & 41 in plugings/libwin32/loader/Makefile.am
However there is something seriously wrong with your autoconf/automake/libtool
setup as this target .s->.lo is definitely supported by automake tools
Aren't you one of those who are building them for themself ?
What kind of Linux distribution do you use ?
