avimake is currenly broken I suspect - bug

I believe we have gsm code legaly in our app - as it was donated to avifile
project. So there shuoldn't be a problem to distribute this in binary form.

But as this codecs is practicaly unused I might add another extra option
for this,

hmm bug - never tested this case :)

As we already have ffmpeg - no need to include 'just another copy'

There is however some project which continues work on old OpenDivX
- so maybe this project will be included later 
- but everything has it's time... (I've just two hands and one brain)
