well there are three MPEG decoders -
MPEG audio,
win32 MPEG (l3codecs)
FFMPEG
all seems to be somehow problematic with nonstandard datarates
- but you may try to choose between them (Config/Decoderes - right
window drag/move with mouse - first matching codec wins)
MAD & mpg123 will be added when there will be enough three time...

(or maybe I should start here with standard Arpi's answer - but I know that
