Most of the people "experiencing" this problem are compiling SDL by
themselves and failing to install it properly. Just use the SDL-devel
package, it's easier. up2date -i SDL SDL-devel and everything just works
properly, otherwise they're probably compiling/linking against different
bits of SDL. PEBKAC.
