i compiled today's (2002-02-06) CVS -> went ok.
capturing with both avicap and vcr 1.09 works, thanks

i tried to set attribute bitrate in both avicap and vcr, it didn't work
avicap seems to accept it in the gui, but doesn't make any use of it, vcr
simply states that this codec (i.e. divx low motion) doesn't support any
attributes
