If the avifile crashes while the cursor is disable this is of course big
trouble - But are you suggesting that aviplay will quit regulary
and will leave the mouse cursor dissabled ?

(I'm developing on SMP machine and there have been made some modification
in the destruction order which have not been tested on mono-threaded machine)
