I really don't understand what happened with avicap I want to encode movies from a camera in Divx 4.0 format. I have downloaded the latest CVS (Thu Feb 21).
Those are the files i have put on my /usr/lib/win32 directory: divx.dll divx_c32.ax divxa32.acm divxc32.dll divxc32f.dll divxcfvk.dll divxcvki.ax divxcvki.dll divxdec.ax (ok:only the divx related) i have installed the Divx4 codec package in /usr/local/lib (divx4linux-20011025.tgz) conclusion : actually i can only record sound example for 15s recorded .avi file. ======================================================= ./movie.avi Video frame rate : -1.00 frames/s Video resolution : 192x144 Audio : 48000Hz,16 bits,mono Written video : 0 KB 0 frames 0.000000 s Written audio : 1400 KB 15.000195s Synch fix : 0 frames Files size : 1404 KB Frame drop in capture thread : 0 frames Frame drop in encoder : 0 frames Capture Buffer usage : 0% ======================================================= Can anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? thanx a lot in advance !
