Hi, I'm brand new in this list so excuse me if my question is off-topic or a faq. I tried vcr (which uses avifile libraries) to record some video output directly from my Bt848 Tv card. The resuts are very nice if seen by aviplay but other players like the one from http://www.divx.com for Windows, or for the Mac, simply don't work.
