Well if there would be some team it might be possible,
but as long as I'll be mostly the only one I'll not be
playing such games as it simply would take me big amount
of time to handle these operation - I prefer to spend
them with development rather then with project maintainence

Hmm - this rather looks like some weird problem of autotools -
do you have some 'very new' or 'very old' version ?
Ideally could you try to fix this problem (as obviously when
I couldn't see it I could hardly fix it)
