Configuration dialog will allow you to reorder codecs - the most prefered
comes first if they fail the next in the list are taken.

For reodering you have to use mouse and drag codec one row up/down.

Hmm - as I'm not using KDE I could hardly help here - is there
someone who might have some idea what is happing in this situation ?
