Well because I'd like it to be avifile - but as I do not have any possibility
to rename this directory I have to live with this :)

Anyway I guess this is just minor cosmetic issue

Hmm are you sure you have actuall CVS version ?

Have you used 'cvs update -P -d' ?
I've tired to compile this with Qt2.0 Qt2.3 & Qt3.0.3 and it compiles
these files just fine (moreover these are not needed - thus might
be removed)

Do you have  proper  'moc' file installed with your Qt installation ?
Are you mixing Qt2.3 moc & Qt3.0 libs or something like that ?
