Now I even know why - SDL takes the last available xv ADAPTOR instead
of the first one - I'm quite currious who made it this way - but for now
it looks like we would either need to write pure native XV renderer
or make some changes in SDL - which probably will not hit upcoming
1.2.4 release - the change though is quite simple.
So for now it looks like the only workable card is Matrox which
has just one Xv adaptor so SDL couldn't pick the wrong one :)
on the other hand you could have just one program which is using Xv
(unless you switch to texture mapped Xv surface - which matrox also
does support but not at the same time as textured surfaces)
