Ok has been fixed
If user is using:
autogen.sh --acdir path
he also has to use (and is notified about this by autogen.sh)
configure --with-acdir=path
(as the autogen.sh is also being used from inside the configure script
if the necessary configure scripts aren't present (they are included
inside snapshots thus they shouldn't require this option - unless
they are removed of course)
(though prefered solution is to remove any conflicting .m4 files
as it might save some other problems)
