I've also fixed problems with optimized g++ compilation
- it shouldn't crash anymore with -O2 flag
So anyone who was using -O2 for C++ compilation and was experiencing
weird asf crashes - check it now please..

Also the -fsjlj-exceptions flag is probably recomened because with
this flag it survives my test.cpp code.
