I've made relatively huge update for XviD plugin - should handle
more xvid releases together with current CVS (those guys have somewhat funny 
backward compatibility support :))

- some options doesn't work yet or are not properly implemented
(especially 2-pass encoding will take at least a week I assume)

Also some option names has changed - to be compatible with latest XviD
release (thus if users could use  attribute names directly with drip app.)
there could be some minor problems (if that would be a major
problem I may probably introduce some backward compatibility support for
them - though I'd like to avoid this as it would surely look ugly)
