parts are being changed at the same time

I want to change the names to the shortcut private names for codecs

I'm trying to figure out  why  mp3 stream seems to be  18KB behind
and even when I've spent several hours with this I can't see what
I'm doing wrong - chunks seems to be producing now exact  samples count
but the sound is still  -0.1 (which is internaly hidden in aviplay)
But it's a a sing the there is still something wrong probably.
