The problem is the I'd have to hack the binary library 
(I've no sources for Divx4linux - it's proprietary (and slower code at 
this moment anyway)) - and I assume it's probably not worth the trouble
- I've better things to do (i.e. compare current perfomance of avifile
with ffmpeg with just one week older version to see what I mean)
