CVS version now contains fix for this crash 

Actually the only one I know - basicaly some compilers 
(especially the one prefered by mplayer team - 2.95.4) produces completely
crapy code for exceptions - thus any expcetion genereted in
dlopened code leads to abort() if the code is compiled with -O2 flags.

So from now on this code will no longer use exceptions...
It's been fixed in the most obvious and used cases - those few
remaining parts will be fixed during next few days...
