Well of course you have to use some synchronization (which is actually
the hardest things and IMHO it's the only thing which really differs in 
between various players) - if you are reading just via  Stream reading
classes you are getting images as fast as you can
- that's why aviplayer class is there - this classes is solving numerous 
audio/video synchrnozation issues, various buffering/precaching/dropping
methods, but of course it's written for aviplay and some parts 
are not designed very well there so it's not easily reusable)
