        I have tried to compile CVS source. At first it stopped at grab.c because
of some linux include, I have truncated grab.c. Than it stopped here:
c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../../include -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/qt/include -Wall -Wno-unused -I../../include -O2 -pipe -march=i686
-march=pentiumpro -I/usr/local/include -pipe -c util.cpp -Wp,-MD,.deps/util.TPlo
-fPIC -DPIC -o util.lo
util.cpp:7: version.h: No such file or directory
util.cpp: In method `void avm::CPU_Info::Init()':
util.cpp:499: `AVIFILE_BUILD' undeclared (first use this function)
util.cpp:499: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
util.cpp:499: for each function it appears in.)
gmake[2]: *** [util.lo] Error 1
gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/avifile/lib/common'
gmake[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/avifile/lib'
gmake: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Don't know how to fix it.

Thanks,
Richard.
