You are not supposed to use 'plugins' itself - you have to use only
the main-lib - plugins are internal part of avifile and from time
time are trasfered/renamed/removed as the author (me :)) needs...
I guess the samples are quite easy to read - there
is not much DOC otherwise - learning by example is always the
fastest anyway...
