[Avifile]subtite font problem

Hi,

When I try to see a movie with subtitles, I never get to see the subtitles. It seems there is a problem with font selection.

aviplay tells me it can't find the font it's looking for:

then I set a font with the GUI (config option), close aviplay, then start it again. as a result of this, the following line is added to ~/.avm/default:

starting avifile again, it can't find the font I just selected either. more interesingly, when trying to run the config option in the GUI, I get a segfault. the backtrace is:
