Time duration for frame is predictible only for AVI - for asf the timeduration
is basicaly random.

For the whole movie - there are 'GetLength' & 'GetTimeLength' functions
which should give you #frames and time length in seconds.
(Note this requires preindexing of asf file for proper work which
might be lenghty operation - it possible that in the future this 
will be 'operation-on-demand')
