Now I know (after running dselect)
libxft2 isn't compatible with libxft - unfortunately currently
unstable Debian is just a big mess as few things are being made
- gcc2.95 -> gcc3.2
- xft -> xft2
These things unfortunaly means the libraries linked with different
libs and compiler are really usable.
So for this I would strongly recommend to disable usage of Xft fonts
for now.
(for qt3 - open qtconfig - and disable xft usage in fonts)
(and avoid updating of g++2.95 - otherwice you will not be actually
able to compile aviplay at all (unless you would have qt compiled with
g++-3.2)
