AC3 pass-though  means you want to get umodified AC3 stream through
your soundcard directly to you audio system (i.e. HiFi Yamaha via
either optical or coax cable)

Obviously you have not set SBLive into a mode where it could accept
such data stream.

You might probably even do not want to use passthrough - but in that
case you have to reorder code list and put some decoder ahead
of AC3 passthrough plugin -  you may easily achieve this
by opening config and moving  AC3 decoder up (by mouse dragging)
in the 'Decoder' tab.
