By compiled I've meant that you might have disabled compilation
of win32 plugin during avifile compilation - I've also noticed that
on some older systems there was slight problem with detection of
host systesm (as I've been removing some obsoleted parts form configure
and one of them was actually still needed on older systems)
There is nothing like separate compilation of Win32 plugin.
Also note - Win32_dmo.tgz only contains the WM9 codecs (audio/video)
There are some other tgz which constaines some other codecs.
I guess that probably the most complete set is currenly on the mplayer site
- though some version of codecs might differ as it depends from which system
and which version has been taken...
