I've been trying to compile the latest release, but run into a stumbling block.
I'm currently running Slackware 9 beta, which updates a lot of libraries.
When I try to compile, it blows out on the libXft section, which I have 2.0 installed.
It seems some apps need the 2.0 and some need the 1.0.
Is there a way I can get the compile to complete?
