I've now deprecated avicap's channel change with system("v4lctl")
avicap uses now the frequencies tables from xawtv
zapping is _much_ faster now
also, you now can zapp around while you are recording
please test these features - does avicap show the correct channels etc
If you experience any hangs or even crashes, tell me
I might have to add some locking
avicap sets frequencies itself

* added frequencies.{c,h} to samples/qtvidcap/Makefile.am
* avicap now uses v4l->setFreq() to set frequency
