This somehow reminds me - if the ffmpeg decoder was compiled
with debug stuff some cflags where missing in this old version.
Try to use either CVS or 7.37 version - it should be fixed there

Of course you may reorder Audio codes (in gui - preferencies)
And use Win32 codecs - this will fix it instantly
