Is it possible to notify everybody in advance about these meetings? The current meeting seems to be announced just a few hours in advance which is a very narrow window for everybody to react. This would also be useful for any plugin developers that try to synchronize their releases with the avocado release cycle (they are plugins after all) and have to prepare or approach release with less than a day prior notice.
