Summary: copy/paste changes coordinates

Initial Comment:
Greetings. Thanks to creators of Avogadro, I love it.

Bug:

When you copy/paste a molecule/structure via select all (control A) followed by
copy (control-c), and then paste, the position of the copied atom/molecule is
shifted by 0.1A. Verify by drawing any atom anywhere, performing the select,
copy, then paste, then check the resulting coordinates, they will be different.
It works with any molecule, and the more you copy the more of this 'copy
error' you get.

I can avoid this error by copying coordinates directly in a xyz file so it's
not a huge deal, but still important. I encounter this error when i copy
molecule pieces from one avogadro window to another.

I get this error using version 1.03, running in windows 7.

Thanks to the avogadro team, keep up the great work.
