Summary: Extensions->Molecular Orbitals... is a no-op

Initial Comment:
AFAICT, Extensions->Molecular Orbitals is a no-op - nothing happens when I
click on it. The ellipsis suggests a dialog should appear, but that is not the
case.

If I open a molecule with MO information, the "Orbitals" sidebar get added
automatically.

Is that menu item some leftover, or does one need some further
library/functionality/whatever to make it do something useful? In the latter
case, I suggest greying it out or not displaying it instead of just having it
behave like a no-op.

Message:
You're right -- it's a dead menu item, the extension launches itself
automatically, as needed.

I think the menu item is useful, in case the user closes the MO dockwidget
and wants to bring it back, but it should be disabled otherwise. I'll put
this on my TODO list.

Dave
